How to Lose Weight the Right Way

     I sometimes cannot help feeling amused when the people at the office I am working for at the moment keep talking about healthy foods. But every time the results of the annual physical exam come out, most of them are dismayed by their cholesterol, blood sugar, and uric acid readings. I keep telling them that is not sufficient to rely on dieting alone. Even though you lessen your food intake, you will still not be able to lose weight if you do not exercise. 

     Speaking of exercise, I notice that they exercise only when they feel like to and only for let's say 10 minutes. I told them that exercise must be done at least three times a week and the kind of exercise that they do should really work the body like playing badminton, running, or brisk walking. It is for this reason that I kept turning down the invitation of  a former office mate to join her in a 30 minute. She does not really walk that fast, only with long strides. It is for this reason that I told her that walking no longer has an effect on me.

     Unlike my office mates, I exercise and diet at the same time. That's why I have lost so much weight and this has not escape the attention of my office mates. Well my blood pressure is quite high but I am still able to keep it under control. Thanks to my wife, running has done wonders for me.
     
      I only wish my office mates would do the same thing I do.
